Entry conditions
1. 21st Youth Film Festival and 9th Four River Film Festival are organized by Croatian Film Association and Kinoklub Karlovac.
2. Festival will be held in Karlovac from 6th until 10th of September 2016. Film clubs, groups of authors, high school students, college students and individuals can participate at the Festival.
3. Each club, group, student, college student or individual can submit unlimited number of works to the Festival within the following categories: fiction film, documentary, animated film, free form film and anti-corruption film.
4. Films that have not been submitted to other national festivals (Children Film Festival and Adult Film Festival organized by the Croatian Film Association, for example 53rd Croatian Children Film Festival or 47th Croatian Film Festival) can be submitted to this Festival.
5. Films can be submitted online through official web site of Croatian Film Association. Deadline for application is June 1st 2016.
6. Selection panel consisting of Ana Đordić, Ivan Kelava and Boško Picula will decide on the films shown at the Festival after their reviews of all applied works.
7.In order to promote film creation, Croatian Film Association reserves the following rights:
-right to store all films into the film archive of Croatian Film Association to preserve and protect them
-right to convert films to other video and electronically media in order to show them at various film projections
