“Pack&Pitch” Competition takes you to film your own movie in Hollywood!

This year’s Four River Film Festival in cooperation with film program of Relativity School from Los Angeles created an open call for film idea/story that will take one young Croatian filmmaker to Hollywood. Call is open for youth ages 14 to 20 and is available until August 29th 2016 while all applications should be sent to e-mail address fourriverfilmfestival@gmail.com.

Relativity School from L.A. is one of the highly respected film programs in America which was created in close cooperation with Hollywood studios. Five contestants will be selected through the Call that will be invited to closely work on their ideas with professional mentors from the School through the Pack&Pitch workshop. After that, five filmmakers will pitch their ideas to the participants of the festival. Author of the best pitch will win the award of going to Los Angeles at the workshop by Relativity School next year.

Participants should send:
-synopsis of the future film
-director's concept
-detail storyboard and links to previous works are welcomed (but not necessary)

Also, participants should consider following advice:

-film should be in English with the length from 5 to 7 minutes
-available filming locations are within Los Angeles area and can be found at the following link.

Relativity School team would like to mention that films with author's unique vision and inventive narration will be especially valued.
