Interview with Radojka Tanhofer: »Comrade, would you like to do editing?«

A comprehensive interview with Radojka Tanhofer, the pioneer of film editing in Croatia. In this conversation Tanhofer, whose brother was the renowned art historian Radovan Ivančević, who was also engaged in educational film production, and husband the famous director and cinematographer Nikola Tanhofer, remembers her beginnings at the Jadran Film studios after the World War Two, her assistance to Branko Marjanović, classical director and editor, the production of the first post-war films, and her work with a series of classical directors whose films she edited in the 1950s and 1960s — Branko Belan, Marjanović, Fadil Hadžić, Antun Vrdoljak, etc.
