ENTRY CONDITIONS – short and clear :-)

• The film must be made after January 1, 2012
• The author of the film cannot be older than 20 and younger than 14 years at the time the film was made
• The author can submit a film if it hasn't taken part in the previous three Youth Film Festivals organized by the Croatian Film Association
• Length of the film is not limited, but it is not recommended for it to be longer than 20 minutes
• The deadline for on-line submission is April 15, 2014
• The selection results will be known on May 5, 2014

This year we are introducing the fifth category which will change from year to year depending on the wishes and interests of young authors.  In 2014 the fifth category will be dedicated to dance film. Dance connects dance choreography that can provide the content or the idea and the recording and film directing and editing creates a dance film. There are more and more authors of dance films so we decided to give them a chance in Karlovac.
